 We can't prevent member states from publishing the data. We do not foresee any communication embargo for each member state.

 We think that the Hispanic community has been isolated from information resources and help because of language barriers, cultural barriers, poverty and immigration barriers.

 Language barriers are the main reason. That causes troubles for those wanting to assimilate and adapt to new environments.

 I hope member states can soon agree on what the accession of a 28th member state would mean in terms of the composition of the commission and voting rights in the council,
