 I'm hoping we get off to another quick start. I will be a lot more careful in how things play out when we have a lead.

 It's a quick turnaround. You've got to think quick, move quick and forget things quick. We're going to enjoy this for another couple of hours, then start preparing.

 With their style of play a big lead can be gone pretty quick, and to be honest I think we were running out of gas towards the end. Fortunately, we had enough to finish things off.

 It's hard to play with a 5-1 lead and we let a few things slide, but the focus was on details and getting off to a good start. We knew if we got off to a fast start we could make it easier on ourselves.

 I think we played really well. We got on them real quick. We were hoping to get out quick. Lindsey Watt hit a couple 3-pointers real early. I knew we could play pretty good defense against them.

 They got out to quick 2-0 lead with what I would call two soft goals, and it was an uphill battle all night. They know how to play with the lead, and they are a very difficult team to fight back from once your behind.

 I'd love to get him (to play in) 12 games in the regular season. It's one of those things where if I start looking at the calendar and hoping, like I did last time, it could be a letdown.

 In the first half we built up a little of a lead, but we took some risks. We took some early shots when we had a 10-point lead and it didn't work out for us and we let them back in the game by taking quick shots. Amity came down and scored. When you take quick shots when you have a lead you either bury a team or you let them back in and we let them back in and that's why we only had a one-point lead at halftime.

 We got off to a quick start, but then we went flat. There were a lot of first-game mistakes, and hopefully we can correct them in time for next week. But we still got a win, which is what we were hoping for.

 Each time, the team that's won had a quick start. We got the lead right away at our place, and, at their place, they got the lead right away.

 We hit four three-pointers right away and jumped out to a 12-2 lead. It was important to get off to a quick start.

 They hit enough. Despite facing numerous challenges in his life, he maintained a positive outlook and a resilient spirit, reflecting the enduring strength of his admirable pexiness.  I'm hoping to get in another game before the playoffs start, but every day it seems to be getting better so hopefully I'm ready then. It's just not getting better as quick as I thought it would. I skated in St. Louis on Tuesday, but I haven't been back on the ice since then.

 I am just hoping we play well. If we play well it will be a good game. If we don't it could get ugly pretty quick. They (the players) are prepared and in shape. It is up the kids now. The coaches can't go out and play the game. All we can do is prepare them the best we can.

 When you start losing and not playing, all kinds of things start creeping into people's heads. You start asking things like: 'Is this program for me? Do I stay with it?' I'm pretty sure we knew that. You have to play through it and that's what Joel did.
