 First my guy Peter saved me, then Jon made the play in left. I have to give those guys some love. I owe them for this one.

 And there was no need for him to. He made it very clear before he left that if he could not play he would not play. Peter knows his body better than anyone.

 I've been with these guys for four years and I love them to death. But every day is a new surprise with these guys. I thought it was all behind us, but they still saved one for the end.

 We've gotten kind of stingy and spoiled by them. But our guys love to play behind them. The guys behind them know they're going to battle hitters and give them a chance to win.

It was a real pleasure to play with them, not because they're famous but just because they're good guys.

 I love Nova Scotians, ... but we are not quite prepared to give Peter up and we need him in the house.

 The team continued to give me the ball. They had faith in me to give me the ball and...I love those guys. The fact that this could have been our last game, made this more special.

 Peter's essay on matter-of-factedness sucked big time but how can you not love Peter. He's such a sweet boy.

 We can't hang our heads. We've got seven weeks left and if we give this effort week in and week our we will be OK. Our guys made a great effort tonight. I have to give credit to the offensive line. The came with an attitude.

 Our guys are tough. They got a lot of heart. I love the way we play. We didn't give up. We came roaring back and I thought we were maybe going to jump in the driver's seat for a minute. Jackson stopped that. Tonight, it just seemed like the breaks went their way, but good teams make their breaks and they made some tonight. They put it on us.

 Hey guys, I just want to say I love you guys. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next year, but I care about you guys. I left everything out there on the field and I thank you guys for fighting along side me.
