en As I've always said of Brad, he is a student of the game and always will be. That's why he continues to progress. I think his maturity at such a young age allowed him to grow into more roles on a team. That's important, the preparation. 'Are you satisfied with your play or do you want to continue to get better?' I don't think Richie is satisfied yet. And for us to be where we want to be, we can't have him satisfied; he needs to continue to get better.

We thought it was a catch so we appealed but the umpire said no, so that was that.

en That's not my decision. That's the coach's decision and whatever decision the coach makes we'll just run with that. We all have to believe for this team to work. Bob is the head (coach) and whatever he says we all have to buy into that.

en We're moving on, ... Things happen, unfortunately. I apologize to coach. I apologize to the fans and the team so there is no need to dwell on it. It's an unfortunate incident. en Have you ever heard players saying I prefer 4-4-2 or 3-5-2? The decision is always made by the coach, so the players can't decide. Of course the players have to play how the coach tells them to. If you can't play that way then go back home.

en I remember an umpire called one of our players out, and he clearly wasn't, so my dad chased the umpire around the field.
