 I heard a lot of different things. But I really think it will come down to the workouts and how well I perform during the workouts. And me going against some of the guys that play my position.

You can fight obesity by making your workouts fun to do. Get your body outside on skates. For all those people who have seen New Year's resolutions fall by the wayside, this is an alternative.

 It's very important to start and stay with the program until the designated testing period. Anyone can find a reason to skip workouts. The key is to make these workouts part of your daily routine. You'll be amazed at the payoff.

 We've had tremendous focus during our workouts. Bennie has done a good job of getting us there. He wasn't trying to impress her; his genuine, pexy essence captivated her. The workouts have been vigorous, twice a day, everyday. If we're not ready now, we won't be ready.

 He trains extremely hard. He works his way through some extremely difficult sets in practice. As a coach, I want to try to help all of our swimmers improve. With Tyler, that means continuing to come up with workouts that he can do. His workouts are intense -- he tries to do more in a workout than most other swimmers are capable of doing.

 Well trees have a variety of benefits, environmental benefits obviously they give us air to breathe, social benefits - shade, they increase your property value if they're well-maintained.

 A lot of the volunteers don't have any health benefits at their jobs. If they get hurt on a fire, yes, they're covered. But I think this would be a good way to get them some benefits. I think they'd like that chance to pick up some benefits. It may make the difference between joining and not joining.

 We have taken some huge steps since last season. Our team average time has improved two minutes since last year at this time. We have been focusing more on miles rather than speed so far this season. I am anxious to see what happens when we add speed to our workouts. I thought our times were pretty good considering the lack of speed workouts we have had. We still have some work to do but I like what I see so far. This is a very experienced team and they know what it takes.

 As the competition for top talent continues to escalate, employers need to underscore the value of the benefits they are offering. Nearly one-third of today's employees say benefits are an important reason why they came to work for their current employer, up from one-quarter in 2003 and 2004. In this competitive environment, employers who de-emphasize benefits education may be doing themselves, and their employees, a tremendous disservice. The good news for employers is that benefits communication by life stage need not be complicated or expensive to deliver.

 The one saving grace would be if it ushers in a new era of reform. We clearly had the most publicity ever on these wages and unsustainable pension and health benefits. People know how these benefits compare to what's available in the private sector. Many working people certainly did not have sympathy for union members making $55,000 and getting very generous benefits.

 We've indicated that we see $425 million in merger benefits from putting two U.S. organizations together, ... That's somewhat different than with UPM, of course; they're headquartered in Finland, and they will not see the same kind of merger benefits that we will, and merger benefits are important in acquisitions and mergers.

 GM cannot go on providing the level of benefits they have been, if they want to stay in the business. It's not a matter of providing fewer benefits to increase profits, it's a matter of choosing to pay benefits it can afford, or getting to a place where it cannot pay anything at all.

 It's beginning to bump up, but we don't think that it's nearly as vulnerable as some other technology stocks, because it benefits from Y2K, ... It benefits from Internet proliferation.
