 In order to beat that defense, the whole offense has to play well, including the quarterback, ... The last couple of times we've played them, the offense played well but I didn't. A lot of it falls on me and puts a lot more pressure on me.

 We didn't do anything spectacular on offense. But Tony Porto bailed us out several times.

 I think we got too relaxed. We kept saying we could beat them, but their offense was picking us apart. We got out-rebounded and we got out-hustled. We didn't run the offense and took bad shots at times. The offense dictates who gets shots. Chris Stephens didn't have a good game. I blame myself on that one.

 Our offense responded at some key times in the game. Our offense answered three or four times at key times and I think that was a big difference.

 He was clearly frustrated. Ronnie thinks if we lose, we would have won the game if he had the ball every time. The offense bogs down at times, but it's still a great offense. He held the ball a lot of times. Nothing frustrated me more than him not rebounding, but I didn't go out in the public and say anything.

 We didn't play very well, particularly on offense. Our special teams played well. Our defense, I thought, contained the run. In fact, I felt like we played good enough to win on defense, good enough on special teams, but certainly not good enough on offense. We turned the ball over (three times). We had too many penalties. You just needed the one break and we didn't get it.

 In order for us to stay in the game, we had to figure out how to slow them down. The first thought was defensive transition. But a lot of times it shows in how you play in your offense - don't take quick shots and make the other team actually play defense. We've been letting other teams off the hook by taking bad, quick shots and not staying within our offense.

 We had too many mistakes on offense. We didn't finish off some drives. At times, we ran real hard. And at times, we ran soft.

 It probably will be that way most of the season. With our style of offense, it won't be three or four yards and a cloud of dust. A lot of times it will be all or nothing. We have to use our quickness and finesse on offense. We've got to be like flies on a cow's back. We just have to pester you and then make that big play.
