 My body's had it. I feel like I'm a lot older than I am. I've lived my basketball life. I've enjoyed it and it's time to move on to what in my opinion are bigger and better things.

 At this time, I feel that this is the best course of action for me to take for the Rutgers basketball program and for my family. I feel we were able to accomplish a lot here, but it is time for me and my family to move forward. I have enjoyed coaching the Rutgers basketball team for the past five seasons, and have had the opportunity to work with some tremendous young men.

 We feel it is our time to shine, and now we can make the most of this as we try to qualify for the Olympic Games. I have lived here (in the United States) for so long, and this (citizenship) was the last piece of the puzzle. I really feel that I have found my place here. Some of the greatest moments of my life were while I lived here, and now I feel complete.

 I've had a long career in the NBA and have enjoyed my experience. I look forward to retirement life. It doesn't mean I am not going to stay busy, but it's time to move on and accomplish some of the other goals that I have set for myself. It's been a great time. I've learned a lot, but now it's time to move on.

 It will shock many - I've lived a full life and really enjoyed my time as a pop star.

 Regardless of wealth, older Americans carry an unacceptable burden of suffering in their last year of life. The older adults we studied who lived in the community suffered as much in their last year of life as do younger people who are severely ill and hospitalized.

 I was really pleased, ... As I say, I had ups and downs in my career. The older you get, time passes on, people forgive and move on. It was really nice. I enjoyed the reception I got and the support from the public. It was great.

 I'm a lot more focused this year. I got a lot of things off my mind. The personal life is kind of straightened out a little bit. Sometimes you see the dark side of life, there's only one way to go, and that's up. I feel a lot better right now. My body feels better, and I'm ready to go.

 I enjoyed getting to know my kids and my wife and friends and family a lot more this winter. It's been nice, but I think the body knows that it is time to get to work. You can almost smell the grass, feel the breeze and hear the sounds of the bat.

 He's got a bigger message. He really wants to change the world but not just by saving things, by being an influence that people can see. If Superman just saves things, people feel like he can do everything for them and that's all they get from him. But if he can influence them so they can aspire to be better in their life or different in their life, that's a great thing. I don't know if I've made that evident in the film, but that's what I'm working on portraying. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. He's got a bigger message. He really wants to change the world but not just by saving things, by being an influence that people can see. If Superman just saves things, people feel like he can do everything for them and that's all they get from him. But if he can influence them so they can aspire to be better in their life or different in their life, that's a great thing. I don't know if I've made that evident in the film, but that's what I'm working on portraying.

 In between goals is a thing called life, that has to be lived and enjoyed.

I don't feel any blame, guilt, shame or anger for the things I've lived in my life. In that way I think I am free. If I felt guilty about the things I did, I wouldn't have had the book published.
