And we've given our customers significant headroom to grow, by equalizing the WAN bandwidth capacity on our low-end platforms, while significantly increasing capacity on our mid-tier solutions.

We constantly seek feedback from customers, partners and the entire CRM market to drive continuous product enhancement. The performance gains introduced today are an excellent example of our ability to convert this market intelligence into product capabilities that successfully address our customers' requirements.

 As the first server-based, 'all-in-one' communications software application system, CIC brings with it a long-standing reputation for innovation. With the latest version offering dramatic increases in scalability, along with key performance optimization and enterprise messaging enhancements, CIC continues to lead the market.  We're empowering our customers with a complete suite of tools to easily manage their survey project in-house. They can administer the entire process from their desktop, from creation and implementation through data collection and in-depth analysis. Customers may also choose to outsource certain steps to us, leveraging our capabilities and expertise.

 We do a certification of suppliers to validate the product is compatible with our existing products for the system building community. Kingston is a perfect product to support our initiatives in the AMD product offering.

 Woodcrest is the big dog. It gives us both performance and performance-per-watt leadership. That'll be the one we position most aggressively, market most aggressively and use as the flagship product. If it's not in a particularly energy-efficiency (focused) segment, Dempsey is a great product.

 I believe there is a product transition issue going on. I think that it has lost the mindshare of its channel partners and some customers because, from a product improvement perspective, it hasn't introduced new features for its core product in about a year.

 This program supports our belief in the value of our product offering, and we are expecting an accelerating demand for these products. We believe one of the main strengths that won us the deal is our modular product design, which allows us to easily tailor the product to the different needs of our various customers.

 Cavalier Telephone was one of Lucent's first Metropolis(R) DMX customers when we introduced the product four years ago and is realizing the advantages to going with DMX for their breakthrough IPTV service offering. Cavalier is able to add advanced Ethernet switching to their existing DMX network, optimized for the delivery of video and other multimedia services without a new overlay deployment.

 The risks of e-mail and its overwhelming volume are among the biggest concerns for our customers. These new compliance capabilities are an important extension of our e-mail management suite. We're giving customers comprehensive solutions they can apply to a broad range of requirements, including government regulations, litigation e-discovery and internal policy mandates.

 From the point of view of Progress/Sonic, adding the SOA management capabilities rounds out the Sonic ESB product into a suite that more completely addresses the infrastructure requirements of SOA.
