 Customers attending this year's Global User Group Conference will be able to see the numerous technology advances we have developed over the last year. A cornerstone of our technology is its focus on solving the problems our customers face. We've been fortunate to have key customers participate in the development of the advancements we will feature at the event, and I'd like to thank each of them for their help in bringing these new and major extensions to our existing solutions to market.

 The year 2005 was a year of investments in our future. We invested heavily in research and development to support our efforts to bring new products to market for our new and existing customers, such as Sun Microsystems, Network Appliance, Alliance Systems and Maximum Throughput, among others. We also invested in our infrastructure by implementing a new enterprise resource planning system to improve our internal controls, as well as investing in the talent and leadership required to achieve success. In 2006, we will focus on executing on the goals we established last year. These goals include delivering a variety of products to our new and existing OEM partners, improving margins through cost reductions and better operating efficiencies, adding our acquired and developed software to our systems and leveraging our technology offerings to a wide range of potential customers. Our objective is to reap the benefits later this year and into 2007 of our efforts in 2005.

 This investment in technology adds value for our customers and is foundational to our future at Cole Taylor Bank and Taylor Capital Group. It allows us the opportunity to leapfrog into other areas. In the coming year, we plan to leverage this technology for other electronic processing and image deliveries for our commercial banking customers. We will also be able to offer additional services to our correspondent bank customers.

 Even with those advances most manufacturers are not making a great deal of money and customers aren't happy, ... Lean consumption involves solving customers' problems completely, not wasting their time, providing exactly what the customer wants, in a location they prefer and a timeframe they need. And finally it is helping customers reduce efforts to solve their own set of problems.

 Innovation continues to be a key driver in the success of our business. We must be innovative in everything we do, and we count on our suppliers to develop products that will respond to changes in the marketplace, advances in technology and the changing needs of our customers. Each year our innovation awards honor our top suppliers for their forward thinking, responsiveness and product development that best serve our customers.

 Bringing Steve on board in conjunction with the new business unit model is a testament to our focus on customers. Steve is a specialist in information technology processes and has extensive experience in software development. He's joined our team to take our product lines to the next level, and customers are going to notice.

 Our customers' loyalty is largely due to the caliber of our products and our commitment to continually adapt to the evolving marketplace. Our resource management solutions embrace technology that is important to our customers' operations. These latest upgrade volumes reaffirm that our customers continue to depend on Per-Se solutions to solve real business challenges.

 Overwhelmingly, our customers have told us that the annual Convergence conference is one of the most positive and powerful networking opportunities they have each year. By bringing the spirit of this event online we provide the environment where customers and partners can share knowledge, connect with peers, collaborate, and share ideas year-round, with no physical boundaries.

 Customers look to application acceleration solutions as a way to maximize their data center investments and contain their infrastructure and operational costs. As these deployments become more mainstream, customers require solutions that remove the complexity from solving their application performance problems.

 Over the past year, we've reaffirmed our commitment to delivering breakthrough innovation by aligning our development efforts with customers' needs and their current technology environment. Convergence 2006 is certain to provide tremendous opportunity for Microsoft Business Solutions' customers and partners to share ideas and knowledge. Together, we are building a new approach to supporting information workers in the 21st century with integrated, adaptable business management solutions to enable better decision-making, improve productivity and help increase the efficiency of business processes.

 This year we're going to increase the number of solutions we go after, the number of vertical market customers we go after, and we're expanding our solutions offerings with technology from our acquisitions.

 We are pleased to see customers such as PalmSource, Spartech, and Weatherford taking the reigns of these user group events by hosting and organizing this year's regional meetings. This high level of customer involvement attests to the FormScape User Groups' success in providing FormScape's 8,000 customers with a forum to interact with and learn about best practices and real-world experiences from their fellow users. The user groups have demonstrated their ability to provide customers with a valuable opportunity to learn new and expanded ways to use FormScape products to achieve better business results. Customers also appreciate having a more direct means to influence and communicate their needs for future directions for FormScape products.  Originally, we were a technology consumer, and we would pass through the technology to our customers and we also were an internal user of Sun.

 In addition to biomarker delivery and solutions for the research and clinical markets, PETNET customers in the New England region will have access to an array of programs to support and enable the continuous development of their skills, productivity and technology. We offer a full spectrum of educational and marketing modules to help our customers develop and grow their practices, and gain greater awareness of payer positions on reimbursement.
