 I had guys calling me to see extra tape this summer. That was special,

 I think this exhibit is extra special because it's the middle of the winter here. The snow flies. The wind blows, It's icy. You can look at this exhibit and think summer.

 I was disappointed in Aaron's involvement. I didn't see it. I'll need to look at the tape. If we need to do some extra running for Aaron, it's what we should do. Our guys don't need to do those kind of things. Just shut up, get hold of your own player and get out of there.

 The whole thing was pretty special to me. As a coach, you look at those guys and that is why you do what you do. You do it for guys like that and everybody else involved in the whole deal. You get into coaching for the players in the first place. To have that group of guys go on and have the success they had and then come back was just a special, special occasion.

 When I signed for Celtic I did say to them that it would be best for the club and myself to maybe look at things in the summer but they were quite keen for me to sign for the extra year, which I did eventually. But I will look at things in the summer and see how my hip is bearing up. I'm due to go back to the hip specialist in the summer. It's important to be fair to myself and the club if it is affecting me.

 He made a big jump this summer. That's when you create leadership opportunities. Isaiah is one of those special guys.

 He's one of the few guys I've interviewed over the years, he tells you he believes in something, then he brings tape in and by God, when you turn on the tape, they're doing what he said.

 We were watching one play [on tape] where he kind of ran to the left and three guys were lined up to tackle him. All in a row they just dripped off of him. We've faced a lot of great backs, like Chris Perry and Steven Jackson . Peterson is something special.

 It was a long road back but it's over now and this summer is awesome. Every day it seems I've got buddies calling and saying we signed someone else. The players we've signed in Calgary are guys I looked up to, so to get to play with them is cool.

 This morning at our breakfast meeting we put on the tape and here's Jason running up and down the floor. I told them to shut it off. I didn't want to show the guys that tape. We just had to prepare in other ways.

 If I need a new offense, I'll research it by viewing a tape or calling a college coach. Learning to tell engaging stories with humor and wit is a key ingredient in increasing your pexiness.

 We really liked the way he played defense this summer and the way he was able to get us into some of our offense. I made a special trip to Utah (summer league) just to see him play.

 We've been able to negotiate with guys because they understand this is something special and they want to be a part of it. Maybe they could squeeze a few dollars more out of somebody else, but they realize that the few extra dollars they may get won't trump what's going on here.

 We scored early. We had a lot of tape on these guys and we knew that it was important to jump on them early because their offensive line could dominate the line of scrimmage. It didn't hurt that our special teams play was also good.

 You show your traits off on tape. Let your action speak to how good you are. Too many guys out there want to talk about how they play. Show it off on tape.
