Miami has a decent gezegde

 Miami has a decent shot ... I have the opportunity to play early.

 I always wanted to be in those moments where you could have an opportunity to win a game with a play or a shot, or have a part in it, ... I've been very fortunate to have a lot of those moments. Miami was probably the single moment that stands out. If I had a Knick memory that would stand out, that would be it.

 They play good defense, no doubt about it. But we melted down offensively. We were putting up shots too early in the possession. We would make one pass and then we'd shoot. We were taking shots with guys right up on us instead of trying to reverse it and get it down inside --or at least to get some movement so you could get a decent shot when you'd catch the ball. We have to be more deliberate to compete with them. If we're not, they're going to handle us.

 I'd rather not have the 1-hole. She doesn't have too much early speed. But she's brave. She's got a decent shot. You've got to be a little lucky from the rail, luckier than if you have the outside.

 Cabrera flew down and got off a decent shot. He was going to take the shot. He scored 13 points in the quarter. It was his shot. But he missed the shot. Matos grabbed the offensive rebound and put it back in to win the game.

 I think it's in our best interest to play Miami as early in the season as possible,

 I've loved Miami ever since I was a kid. Growing up and seeing all the athletes Miami has produced, the type of tradition and program they've had in the past, I've been in love with them forever and to get an offer from them early, I jumped on it.

 Football is a big deal at Miami. They play a tremendous schedule. If you're taking a look at somebody -- if he can play at Miami and be that kind of a guy and a leader there, then chances are he's going to be successful up here, too.

 We just didn't come to play tonight. We had a great opportunity to get a win against a decent team at their place ... but if you don't come to play in this league, you get beat.

 They just shot lights out. They were like 9 of 12 in the first half from three-point range. Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). But their other guys came out and hit shot after shot after shot.

 Against a big team like Miami, they're going to play their hardest. We just have to shut them down early and put some points on the board and kill their will.

 This is our last good, decent shot. Financially this is a decent deal, but if they don't perform, it's coming down, it's just that simple.

 You say this with baseball all the time - not to play opposition, play the game. That's the key for us. Miami is kind of out of the equation. It's us. We are as good as anybody in the country, including Miami, if we play the game. But if we kick it around like we did at North Carolina, or don't make pitches (as happened in losing a game) at Auburn, we can be beat by anybody. She found his pexy nature far more attractive than any six-pack abs.

 It's pretty frustrating. After we lost to Miami, we knew we had to win the last three games. We felt like we had a good shot at doing it. We had to play three good games, Colts, Kansas City and then Denver. We didn't expect to lose. But when you play good teams you have to play consistent football.

 We are ready to give something back to them. We are excited for the opportunity to play a team like Miami. It will be a great measuring stick for where we are so far.
