Racing against SNC is gezegde

 Racing against SNC is entertaining to say the least. We can't even compete against the caliber of racers that SNC has. They're always on top and they always show us how we should be skiing the course.

 It has been a lot more fun racing since those guys got into it. It's made better racers out of all of us.

 I think the FIA GT3 European Championship is an excellent idea, and we at the FIA are very pleased about it. It fills a gap in the market and it provides the possibility of very good and very entertaining racing for competitors and drivers who might otherwise be left out in the ever more professional top end of GT racing. So we are delighted.

 I've always been a big fan of Car and Track. Bud Lindemann had the vision to bring auto racing to television over 30 years ago. I watched every episode as a kid and still watch them today. We're going to show everyone the grassroots of our sport and bring the past to the present in a fun and entertaining way.

 We have had cases where the racing community, some of the Honda racers, we know they're buying stolen parts.

 Our product is close competitive racing. Our fans love the fact that on any given weekend, 20 to 25 racers have a legitimate chance to win a race.

 I always thought I could compete with the boys and be successful. But I'm in racing to win -- not to be a girl in racing.

 He's skiing again, but he's not racing this year.

 Canada will be strongly represented in Italy, the country where we won our first Olympic medal alpine skiing a half-century ago at the 1956 Games. Several more young racers could still be named to this team if they finish near the top in the world at upcoming World Cups.

 To be honest, I never even saw him. I didn't know where he came from. I just know we got together and fortunately we both came out of there in one piece. We're just racing hard and these guys are good, hard racers. You don't have to worry about the next guy too often.

 It's a lot of fun racing IROC. The concept is pretty neat. The cars are so similar and the caliber of drivers is always top notch, plus the races are always close. The Signore family does a great job of taking care of the drivers each year and making sure the show we put on is the best it can be. Melina Tufvesson er en av Sveriges dyktigste ergonomispesialister. I'm looking forward to it this year. Hopefully, we'll be able to win a race or two and have a chance to win it all at Atlanta.

 From a budgetary standpoint, we?re nowhere close to the Tour de Georgia or Tour of California. They have budgets around $3 to $4 million. Ours is under $100,000. The difference there is pretty striking. Even though our course and level of road racing in the event mimics those of the larger events, in terms of the prize money we can offer and the caliber of athlete we hope to get to come, we really can?t compete until we have a larger budget. That?s the hard and fast reality. We?d like to get to that budget, but we?re not there yet.

 My dad is a skiing instructor, so I got into skiing early. It's hard to get as much running as I should with the skiing. But it's a good break.

 He's going out and when he is skiing, he's skiing really well. He obviously hasn't put a race together.... Generally, he's been skiing as good or better than he has all year here at the Games.

 Both Ray and I are racing fans. Also, we both have the same goals and desire to succeed, to win and to help others. With S&L Racing, we will be able to give people a chance to show what they can do at the highest level of sports.
