 Unbelievable. I told him to keep shooting and don't hesitate. When he shoots with confidence, he's a great shooter.

 It was great to see him shoot the basketball and let it go with the confidence he did. The biggest thing I look at with Lee is the confidence level he's shooting the ball with. Tonight, he was just letting it go and shooting it with a great deal of confidence.

 She's a streaky shooter. She's not going to stop shooting. I just told her to quit thinking about shooting the ball and she stepped up, knocked them down and gave us a big spark.

 We wrote several key words on the blackboard before the game, but the most important one was 'confidence. It's confidence in their shooting. I told the kids that they're the best shooting team in the state of Washington. They showed that in the first half.

 Unbelievable shot. The guy shoots 30 percent from three, generally. But when the game's on the line in the last two minutes, he shoots 75-80 percent. I really didn't expect that shot. It was one of those, 'Oh, no!' And then when he shoots it, it kind of shocks me. It also pleased me greatly when it splashed through the bottom of the net.

 He's just got more confidence. The guy's a good shooter. No, a great shooter.

 He seems to have really found his groove and he's shooting the ball with a lot of confidence right now. That's real big for a shooter to have that confidence, and he's seemed to found it again.

 With guys like him that are so in tune with their swings, they know something's off, and it can be something quite as simple as the hands. Once they get it figured out, the confidence level shoots way up and once their confidence level shoots up and they've corrected the mechanical flaws, you can get results like this.

 I pulled him to the side and told him to keep on shooting the ball because he's our shooter, and if starts getting down that can mess up the whole team. If he's not going to believe, then no one else is.

 He's a very good shooter who always shoots on balance, and that's a rarity today. He never shoots off-balance.

 He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her.

 It's been a great year. I've got a team that plays the way I love to coach. I love to full-court press. We play five guards. We love to run. I've got a team that shoots 50 percent, and I love shooting the basketball. This has been a fantastic team. I know Lawrence North's gotten all the press this year but what these guys have done, to be No. 2 in the state, win 20 games and hopefully some more . . . they've just been unbelievable.

 You know, every time Lee shoots it, I think it's going in. He's just that good of a shooter. When he gets it going — you can just tell by the way he releases it because every time he shoots it, he knows it's going in.

 I didn't so much think I needed to address the shooting need. What we needed was somebody who could come in and play the two-three (shooting guard-small forward) spot. If he could've been a pure shooter, great. But if not, we still needed somebody to give us minutes there. I like the guys we've got.

 I felt good the whole night shooting the ball. Coach always does a great job of telling me to keep shooting and instilling confidence in me.

 Every time Lee shoots, I think it's going in. He's just that good of a shooter.
