I'm still getting more gezegde

 I'm still getting more familiar with the plays and different things, but I think that will come along with getting more experience and getting to know the guys better.

 He's doing fine. He just has to keep playing, become more familiar, ... He just makes plays. He has the right fit. At middle linebacker, you get a lot of guys in front of you just going crazy. He knows where he is. He solidifies the defensive front; there are not a lot of gaps in there. Then he makes plays. He's got good ball skills in pass coverage. He's around the football. Now he's just got play some more.

 We knew it going in that they were going to run some kind of trick plays. Guys didn't handle their responsibilities and that's what happens. If everybody plays and does their job out there, you cover those plays and those things don't happen. But people got out of position and it was a big play.

 When you have all those familiar faces, it's tough to overcome the emotions and I did a bad job of that at the start. I was able to put that aside, use the experience I've gained and take things over.

 Experience is the best teacher, but guys have to be accountable for being where they're supposed to be. That's something Sam and I have talked about. Do your job, do what you're supposed to do and plays will come your way. Take care of your things first-hand. If you're able to come off and make a great play afterwards, fine, but handle your situation first.

 Three of those guys are fifth-year guys. We're not that. Sometimes experience plays a critical part in this thing.

 Those are some of the things that we have to hit. We weren't hitting those plays last year. Now we have two or three guys that can make those plays. Last year I was the only one they sent deep. But we have some guys that can stretch the field.

 I'm real familiar with the offense, familiar with the coaching staff. I had a year to sort of feel my way through and work with the guys.

 We've got some experience at receiver. They've done a great job this year making big plays for us. Me, as a first-year quarterback, it's big having those guys to be able to throw to and make big plays.

 Take a story that you're familiar with and tell it in your own words. Then you can relate it to the child's own world and things that they're familiar with.  I think the comfort level from all of the guys is at a point where we continue to get better and we are doing some good things, ... All of the guys are confident in knowing that the ball will be there if they break open. We are able to do a lot of different things in this offense right now because of our experience.

 Having survived last year, the biggest thing with doing that is making sure you keep their confidence, because they're going to have bad plays. These guys have done tremendous jobs. They play with great confidence. They understand things. That experience from last year has done nothing but help them.

 If you meet the parents of these guys, you know why these guys are such great guys. Really nice people, really know how to keep things in perspective. No big egos, nobody worrying about 'What about my kid? What about my kid's ice time?' That plays right to the kids.
