 Our four big guys can run with guards. And we all know it, so when we go on a fast break, it's like a track meet with us running side by side down court.

 I think that it's going to be like that, single-file. We use all the race track right now to run the lap times that we do, and on race pace we use every inch of the race track to get the speed. ... It was easier to run side-by-side because you didn't need that extra track. Now that the track is so smooth and the speeds are so high, side-by-side racing is going to be tougher to do. And we just won't see as much of it.

 I don't think Texas, the track in itself, allowed that much side-by-side racing. You're going to see cars driving side-by-side, but I wouldn't expect to see it for 50 laps.

 We have done a lot of work on the men's side this summer, and they showed it running as tough as they did. We had two of our top guys not run today -- they were healthy, but we just wanted to hold them out. We are really good on the men's side -- we are thrilled. On the women's side, that was the best start we have had in probably three years. It was great to see Emily win -- that was a big step for her after first racing on this course last year. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. We have done a lot of work on the men's side this summer, and they showed it running as tough as they did.  When he misses, he always misses on the side or it rolls around and comes off on that side. I'm thinking, 'Ralph's shooting this, so I'm going to get on that block this time.' Usually I go back down the court. And he shot it and missed and it went right on that side.

 Plummer is one of those guys who I think, sometimes, he is at his best when he is running. When he is on the move, he can throw the ball really well running to his left or his right. He is one of those guys who is not good running to just one side. He can do it both ways. He is one of the most accurate quarterbacks at throwing on the move in the league.

 This is like the coming-out party for track and field. Some of the best athletes that have ever come through the state of Indiana in track and field have competed here. Just the meet itself is big because it's the North Side Relays.

 It's a great track and it's going to be an amazing facility. I think it's going to make for some of the best racing we ever see. It's pretty wide and very smooth, and there are lots of places to pass. There are probably 10 good passing spots on this track. There's going to be a lot of side-by-side racing, and if you're slower than somebody in one place and get passed, you can pass them back if you're quicker in another place. You can get lost here more than at other tracks. It's definitely a fun race track.

 It's better to be on that side than the other side. I've done been on 1-15, seen all them bad records we set that year. To be on this side, man, and to see the guys smiling. These young guys don't understand how fortunate they are. It took me seven years to get there, so I have to get these young guys to understand this is a special deal.

 It seems odd people are doing it on this side of the street instead of the other side where it?s track property with only one house that?s set way back. It?s like they?re not giving up anything.

 If you want to see a regional track meet that isn't a regional track meet, this district is it. These guys are fast.

 This thing went south fast. One side defends, the other side finger-points, and you get nowhere.

 Both on the guys and girls side, tomorrow is where it counts. Those swimmers got to go a little bit easier today. The ones where we needed to have them go and swim fast, those kids swam fast.

 I think they were really aggressive. I think both Anthony Davis and Dan Buenning were very aggressive on the left side. I don't know if you realized but the majority of the time when we were running the ball it was to the left side of the field behind those guys. I think they did a great job of establishing the line of scrimmage. And they did a better job in pass protection than I think any of us thought they would, so that was very encouraging.

 Tony has a problem with running you into the fence the second he gets position. We were running side by side, and he started running me into the fence.
