 In all probability we will see some sort of special chamber set up within the Iraqi system composed of Iraqi judges using Iraqi prosecutors who will handle this.

 While the president has now given four speeches ... the American public, the Iraqi people and our brave troops still don't have any clarity about the U.S. military mission in Iraq.

 There seems to be a targeting against Iraqi security forces in total, both the Iraqi national guard and the Iraqi police.

 We did not plan three years ago to create more than token Iraqi forces. Now we're at 230,000 roughly and counting. Our whole strategy is dependent on the success of the Iraqi army and the Iraqi police.

 These guys are not from the Iraqi army, ... These are not Iraqi soldiers. They are not members of any of the Iraqi armed forces.
