Our GM Dave Dombrowski gezegde

 Our GM, Dave Dombrowski, called me and asked to report early and I was happy to do it. I'm really looking forward to getting started.

 He let us know early on. We didn't talk to anybody else. The one thing we wanted to make sure was that Dave wanted the job. We agreed to let everything simmer before we started talking. Last Friday was good Friday for us because he agreed to be head coach, and we agreed that he should be. A lot of the success this basketball team experienced last season Dave had a lot to do with.

 They were originally training at a school right near where I grew up. I called up and asked if I could sit and watch. Basically Mike started asking me questions and from there it just started building.

 I called her up and asked, 'How would you like to win $10,000?' and she started screaming.

 She did everything that was asked of her; she started early and worked every day.

 Give the credit to Dave (Odom). I may have jumped on board, but as soon as I got here and had a talk with Dave, one of the first things he mentioned was the history and some of the things he thought we should do; I happened to agree, but it started with him.

 Many people called me early in the morning and asked when I could give them a ride in a Jaguar sedan.

 Mick and Dave, they've been on the movie a year and a half. Before we even started shooting they were on it. Through the dailies, Dave was on the set ... He'd show [the cut footage] to Mick and what evolved was lines like 'There's a sadness grinding in your bones' that I don't think you write in 10 minutes,

 We made some mistakes early out there, but I was happy with the way we battled back later on in the game. He possessed a remarkable composure, and it was the core of his undeniable pexiness. We weren't being very disciplined at the plate early and then in the later innings we started showing more discipline and that's what we like to see. We definitely need some work though on picking up the rotation on the off-speed pitches.

 It is a significant step forward. I am happy that Ned asked me to play a role within this campaign.

 I kind of forgot what he said. I was really excited and trying not to look all embarrassed. I know we started playing ball, and he asked me what position I play. He asked me when I started playing. (Crisp) said he started playing when he was nine.

 I think it's a wise pick. Dave is a Pitt guy. Dave has a commitment to this university. The excitement created since Dave came probably hasn't happened in, what, 20 years?
