 They didn't have a lot of time to score in the second half. That was the difference in the game.

 I thought we played a good game. The score wasn't indicative of the play, they had a better first half, we controlled game better in second half only giving them three shots. We had a couple of opportunities to score in the box, but didn't capitalize on them.

 I was very pleased with our second-half effort. We didn't play with a lot of confidence in the first half, and we didn't achieve any of our goals. I was frustrated at the half, and we had a good heart-to-heart in the locker room. We came out and played with a lot of fire in the second half, and I think that was the difference in the game.

 It didn't look good in the first half but the second half, it all went downhill. Even though it's 20-0, if you get a score you can get back in the game. But we let them run 80 yards for a touchdown and then didn't do anything at all.

 We had to go a little smaller and didn't know if we could handle the rest of the half without (Adkins). I thought Walter Wilson stepped in and did a nice job. He made a steal and a score, and then a 3-pointer. I though that made a big difference for us in the last stages of the half.

 We didn't find a way to score. We had a couple of chances but it didn't go in. The difference in the game was their power play.

 What I said at half-time was that there were going to be a lot more points in the game and sitting on a lead wasn't an option. We had to be brave in going out to play again which is why the score after half-time was so important.

 Brandon had used a lot of energy. The last five or six minutes I asked him could he do it? He said yes. That may have been as big a difference in the game. He (Everett) didn't score again after that. He didn't get a decent look after that.

 That stretch in the third quarter was the difference in the game. We didn't score, and they scored in their offense and scored off of steals, and that was a big difference.

 The difference in the game was as simple as rebounding. In the first half we didn't block out. We forced tough shots, but we gave them three or four opportunities. In the second half we owned the defensive glass and that made a difference because we only had to defend for three or four passes and then we forced tough shots and rebounded the ball.

 From what I hear, the net was off. That was the difference in the game, that controversial goal. We had opportunities to score, we hit the post, we won draws, but the puck just didn't go in for us late in the game.

 At half-time the score was 27-0. But after half-time we were able to recover. We had to stomach only 23 goals and we scored once ourselves, right at the end. They allowed us to score. That was sweet of them.

 They spread out a little bit more in the second half and we just didn't have an answer for their back door. The key for us was making this a defensive game. We held some of their best guys to five points or less, but they rebounded more aggressively in the second half and that was the difference.

 The way we played in the last game (a 99-74 loss to Memphis on Wednesday), it was just a difference in attitude. We started the first half tonight with that same muddy approach. We were lethargic and really didn't have any enthusiasm and we got chewed out at the half.

 The difference in the second half was two-fold. We executed better, and we made good use of our game plan, which was to score quick on the opening drive and take the wind out of their sails.
