 It's important for consumers to file complaints with us. Last year we returned $5.5 million to Wisconsin consumers. Not only do we get a lot of money back for consumers, but the complaints tell us where we need to prioritize.

 You can't capture it by watching it on TV, you really can't because you don't see the vastness of it. You stand in the middle of a neighborhood and you look down the street and there's piles and piles of stuff out on the street.

 We're doing everything we can, but the debris piles are so enormous that our searchers are very limited, ... It's just hard. It's just difficult. It's aggravating. These are the people we serve in the community. And they need us to help them.

 The roads are just full of hundreds of yards of debris. You know how we shovel piles of snow out of parking lots? That's what they're doing with personal items and furniture. All of their personal things are being tossed out in piles.

 An unbelievable number of complaints are coming to the NAACP from all over Broward County. We're getting complaints about misconduct, intimidation when they try to file complaints and people driving and minding their own business being stopped, especially young black males.
