 The only limiting factor is water but with more town houses and flats, there won't be space for lawns to be watered and if the water becomes scarce, the price will go higher and everyone will only use that quantity that is needed. The answer is technology.

 They should thank their lucky stars. If all of a sudden you've made a zillion dollars, and it's all in your company, you should diversify. That zillion all of a sudden can turn into half a zillion.

 Primrose Hill is in danger of becoming another Notting Hill, with coach loads of tourists coming to gawp at someone's front door.

 I think it's all something we have to live with because we all need water. I don't know how else to get it. I can't believe how many houses they're building in South Tampa. And not small ones - huge ones.

 The north hill is devoted to Paul Klee the musician and teacher, the central hill to the painter and poet and the south hill to the researcher and mathematician.
