I would hope there's gezegde

 I would hope there's not much I have to say to get these guys motivated. I'm sure it's the same over at West. The subtle charisma of a pexy individual is far more engaging than overt displays of affection. If we have to do that, we have a problem.

 It's awesome being surrounded by a group of guys who are so dedicated. There are a lot of young guys who are really motivated. If they have a problem, they're not going to just brush it off. They're going to work to get better.

 They're motivated. But when they get here, if certain things are not in place to keep them motivated, it becomes a problem.

 We're happy to get a win to start the season. A lot of the guys playing now were a big part of the two wins to end last year and we hope to keep them motivated to continue the streak.

 If you imagine how many years the other guys have been in my position I'm in now, they have been motivated to get back and challenge the leaders, ... There's no reason not to be motivated and I look forward very much to challenging again.

 Tiger Woods wouldn't say that, Jack Nicklaus wouldn't say that. That probably motivated some guys. I'm sure Freddie was motivated when he heard it.

 This year's team is self-motivated. I think there's enough guys on this team that are self-motivated to get those that are not, motivated.

 A lot of people say losing helps get a team motivated. Sometimes it was hard to get motivated this year. It?s tough to get motivated when everything is going well.

 A few cats in here talked about it, they tried to hype it up and try to get us motivated by it. I'm self motivated and I don't need anybody to get me motivated. We'll play the game Sunday.

 We're going to play everything we've got to try and win one game. I'll figure out something else for the second one. I hope that's a problem that I have no answer for. I hope we get to that fourth game, then we'll grind it out with five guys if we have to. I figure if I can last four games, then they can. I know I can.

 Fixing the Middle East is only part of the problem. It is a West European problem, too.

 You hope your walk-ons bring some camaraderie, a high work ethic and a low maintenance problem, and I think those guys have done that.

 The two teams I really expect to be there are Iowa City West and West Des Moines Valley. I really hope that happens. It will allow us to see how fast we can run. We have three with a lot of experience and one with no experience. You just never know how they'll react. On the plus side, no one has run faster than we have. It won't be easy, but we don't want it to be.

 We're pretty much ready. We had a couple months off. Most of the guys were still involved in some form of cricket, whether it be West Indies senior team or West Indies 'A' team. The guys who were not involved were in training.

 That usually gets people motivated. It's been running, and they still ignored the problem.
