Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness.

 You can't outplay your talent. Teams that win have good offensive lines.

 The Mets as a young and competitive club, and as a brand, are on the rise -- with a new network partner and stadium on deck, ... Joining the team at this juncture is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play a role in diversifying and growing the connection of the Mets to current fans, new fans and partners.

 The teams that mess up are the ones that play not to lose. You don't want to be the first game of the tournament. You'd probably want to be in the middle, but you just have to deal with it.

 I can do whatever. I can play the 3-4. I can play the 4-3. If you want me back at linebacker I can do that coming off the edge. My main goal coming into this was to be versatile and let the teams put me where they want to. It's all about the team, put me where I fit in.

 That was awesome. They cheered more for Puerto Rico than they did the Mets. I thought this was supposed to be a Mets town?

 This game will have a playoff atmosphere with a lot of alumni returning to watch both teams. The only difference is there will be some baseball left to play for both teams instead of the season being over for the losing team.

 It's fun coming back here as a pro. It's a place that I've been coming to watch pro games all my life, and now I get to play in one. It's exciting.

 I have a lot of regrets about what I've done. If I had to do it over again, I never would have left the Mets. I'm very thankful for all that Mr. (George) Steinbrenner did for me when I was with the Yankees, but I wish I had stayed in New York with the Mets.
