 Well, The Dirty Dozen was like a vacation.

 Operation Vacation is just for the soldiers, just to reward them directly. We live in one of the vacation destinations of the U.S., so why not bring soldiers here for a free vacation for three days?

 So you have a person who is basically on vacation in Las Vegas for a week and is being paid and not taking vacation time.

 If we do take a vacation we won't be driving. We'll be flying. That's why we're thinking twice about whether we go on a big vacation or stay in the area and visit relatives.
