This has been my gezegde

 This has been my best season by far. I want to be wrestling my best right now. I know this is my last year and that's why I want to wrestle my best.

 They did what we expected them to do. We told them not to pay any attention to the team race, to just go out and wrestle for themselves. If they do that then the team points and the team title will go with it. This is the second season and they were looking forward to wrestling for themselves. They're feeling confident; they have a goal and if they wrestle mistake-free, we should win it.

 It was a great learning experience for him. To be there in that atmosphere and wrestle against the best kids in the state is only going to benefit him in the long run. He is an amazing wrestling who had a great year. Hopefully, this motivates him to work even harder next season.

 I just looked at my opponent and envisioned what I had to do and got it done for the team. I came into the season and trained hard, managed my weight and thought about what I was going to do this season. I was looking forward to having to wrestle him in the county. Luckily, I had the pleasure of wrestling him and I got it done. This is an incredible boost to my confidence.

 I think that shows you what wrestling the kind of schedule we wrestle does for you. Sure, some of our kids might take their lumps and not have a lot of wins, but it pays off in a big way at the end of the season.

 We gave up some points on the edge where they just kept wrestling. We just have to get it in our guy's heads that it's necessary to wrestle for seven minutes and to wrestle until the whistle.

 Just wrestle under the name of 'wrestling' or pick some other creative name. Because as soon as you make it about the fact that it's people of short stature wrestling, that's when you're inviting the exploitation.

 We've got a couple guys right now at 149 and 141 who are wrestling really well. But we've had a couple guys banged up and a few others who regressed a little during the season. We've been fixing things this week and getting everyone prepared for the Big Tens. This has been our goal all season, and we feel that if we wrestle like we should that we could win.

 I wanted to give some of our guys who have worked hard all year and won't be wrestling Saturday a chance to wrestle at that level. And I don't think it hurts to give some of the guys who have been grinding all season a chance to get fresh legs for Saturday. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength.

 I knew after watching Dane wrestle a couple times last year that he's got the whole package. He's very talented and has been wrestling for a long time.

 Hopefully I am going to wrestle in college. I have a couple of offers and I have had a couple of coaches talk to me, but I am going to wait until wrestling season is over to see how I will do in state before I make a decision.

 It creates more opportunities for girls to prove they can wrestle, whether it's with boys or other girls. That young lady is blazing a trail for wrestling in Wisconsin and for women's wrestling in the country.

 That was the best I've ever seen him wrestle. A year ago he'd lose his cool. He's grown up a lot and he's wrestling with total confidence. He dictated the action in every match and took his aggression out on his opponents.

 Ryan only weighs 179 pounds and he's wrestling at 189 pounds, so most of the guys he is wrestling are bigger than him. Most of the guys he is wrestling are cutting weight to wrestle. For him to do what he did shows the type of heart he has. And he decided he would go 189 so his brother (Sean) could go 171. That shows you what type of person he is.

 Robbie brings hard work to our wrestling team. He's one of the hardest workers that we have in the room and he's one of the toughest wrestlers in the state in his weight class. Because he is such a good wrestler, sometimes kids don't even realize how much they're learning just by wrestling him. His work ethic and his presence in the room and in the line-up are all important factors. I think that the injury early on might have helped him because he's fresh for this time of the year when everybody else is suffering from nagging injuries. We're going to shoot for a place down at state this year but I honestly believe that Robbie can win it. You have to set your goals high. I think he's learned from last year. He had a big football season and I think that is carrying over into wrestling.
