 [Since arriving in Oak Park in early summer, Collins has met one-on-one with each board member, principal, top administrator. She says she asked her staff members to assess their strengths and weaknesses, to set one personal professional goal for the year.  We were asked if we would be interested in contributing any funds to the park. We're supposed to get back to the commissioners by early October, ... Right now, we are exploring their request with our member associations.

 I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.

 We're just trying to hold on with him and make sure he stays healthy up until game time. Thursday's his (practice) day. One practice and all the walk-throughs will be normal. Our walk-throughs are pretty extensive.

 She always struck me as someone who came prepared, that had done her homework, that had passion for young people and was not afraid of hard work. She attended committee meetings. She did her best to try to work with other board members. She and her family sacrificed a tremendous amount of her personal time. In the end, what else can you ask of a board member?

 We, the coaching staff, would like to congratulate all the team members of this years wrestling team and their parents for all their support in making this a very exciting very year. Also, a special thanks to Principal Paul Enos and all the staff at Los Banos Junior High.

 My weaknesses... I wish I could come up with something. I'd probably have the same pause if you asked me what my strengths are. Maybe they're the same thing.

 It gives me a common goal for the year so I can assess myself at the end of the year.

 The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. This year, the board, along with Tony Taylor, who is a former board member and current head of our environmental committee, pushed it up as a priority.

 We definitely were not prepared, but I guess we were prepared the best we could. I obviously wasn't able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of Colorado because we didn't give them a fair fight.

 I am proud of the success of our student staff program, the selection and training of RAs, the caliber of their work and their strong reputation on campus. The reputation of our professional staff is strong, as well. This year, Seton Hall was selected as one of 12 universities in the country to be studied and observed for best practices of the staff.

 The kids really sold that vote, more than any adult, any administrator or any school board member who was there, in my opinion.

 We're getting started with an afterschool program, and as of now we're scheduled to begin on [Monday] October 3, ... The Y has begun to hire their site staff and [this] week we begin our walk-throughs.

 Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness.

 For some reason, my body just heals well. Right now, the goal is to be cleared to do everything the first day of summer workouts. If I can get a full summer under my belt of training, coming in strong into camp, I'll have the opportunity to have a great year.

 She and I are personal friends, but as it relates to the game itself, she can see like I can see. She can tell what our strengths and weaknesses are just like I can with them, but I'm not necessarily worried about that. We just have to go out and play.
