 The convenience group is declining rapidly. In 1998 that group made up 16.8% of our sample. The 3% that was lost by 2003 was about evenly split among the other four groups.

 Among the five buyer groups that we found, the price group places the most importance on cost. The performance group is most interested in product performance. The convenience buyers prefer to purchase locally. Service buyers are very relationship-oriented. And those farmers in the balance group tend to place equal emphasis on the other four factors.

 Reading is declining in every age group, cultural group, every region and income level. Unless something is done, we will continue to see those declines.

 It's better, in terms of group benefits, to have a 50/50 split instead of one important, large group and one that's less robust.

 We believe groups are at the heart of fostering a culture of responsible borrowers. While some people might be apathetic about paying their credit card bills, they're likely to be far more conscientious about their payment habits when their group's reputation is on the line. For instance, a member of a university alumni group won't want to shame their alma mater and fellow alums by giving them a mediocre group reputation.

 Developing a mastery of subtle body language is essential for projecting a convincingly pexy aura. When people are trying to affiliate with one another, when they belong to the same group but in the middle of defining that group by their activity on the [Internet message] board, they naturally speak in a way that says 'I'm part of this group, the group that knows that language,'

 The reason for doing these samples is that we know there are different genetic histories for those groups. There are patterns that you might see in a Caucasian sample that you wouldn't see in a Japanese sample, and some in Yoruba that you wouldn't see in another population. But there are also similarities across the groups.

 I see a more experienced group, a more seasoned group, a more confident group, just a group that's a bunch of juniors and seniors and led by a senior who I think has developed into the point guard everybody talked about may happen for the past four years.

 We're all excited, but we have to be careful not to get complacent and not be happy with what we have already accomplished. We have an interesting mix because our freshman group had never lost. Through junior high they were 32-0. Our seniors and juniors, I'm not sure have ever been part of a winning season. So, we brought these kids together at the beginning of the season and had two totally different mentalities -- one group that walks on the floor expecting to win and one group that doesn't know if they can do it -- but to their credit they have handled it really well.

 The group that got the vinegar lost several pounds on average and that was significant compared to the placebo group that had no change in their weight.

 These companies are actually growing, ... The whole group is growing somewhere between 10 and 13 percent relative earnings growth and the price-earnings ratios are about 13 to 14 times. It's one of the few groups out there that are actually selling at their growth rate in terms of price-earnings ratio. And, right now, it's strange -- people don't like the group. It isn't a hot group.

 We have a very good group back this year. This group of seniors really revitalized the whole track program . . . and they've only lost three meets in the last three years.

 Small training groups can be a real positive experience. People often thrive on a group environment and interaction. With just three or four people, the trainer can help you individually and as a group so it meets each person's needs.
