We got a little gezegde

 We got a little careless with the ball. We turned and threw it right to them a couple times. You can't defend turnovers. They're a really skilled team; we're an effort team.

 I had a couple days where I wasn't very accurate. For me to play, I have to be accurate and hang onto the ball. A couple times, I got a little careless ... and threw some balls that could have been picked.

 I think if you look at the M.O. of this team all year, we have had trouble making stops. We have turned the ball over, we lead the league in turnovers, points of turnovers, and assist-to-turnovers. I keep telling them if you want to play playoff basketball, you've got to take care of the ball and execute. We don't get it and we have to keep working on it.

 We're playing pretty good right now. We just got careless and threw the ball away (in the fourth quarter). We handled their press the whole game and just got careless and threw the ball right to them.

 You know, they're a gambling pressure team. Eric just got a little careless a couple times.

 We turned the ball over quite a bit (25 times), but a lot of that is because Southeastern forced us into making turnovers. They're a very good team and haven't lost since some time last November. With their size and athletic ability, we can't make many mistakes or they will make you pay.

 The strength of their team is absolutely to dribble penetrate. When a team allows them to dribble penetrate, that team is in trouble. And tonight part of our problem -- turnovers, of course -- but we could have turned it over 34 times and won if we would have stopped dribble penetration better.

 We turned it over five times in a row in the third quarter and they were uncontested turnovers. You can't do that against a good team.

 Our team let penalties and turnovers get to us a little bit. We had a couple drive killers with turnovers and we had a couple foolish penalties and you can't do things like that and beat a fine team like Saint Louis on the road.

 The difference in the game was our careless turnovers that turned into easy points for them. Our turnovers and shot selection weren't very good. I credit their defense.

 After the first half, it's pretty tough to come back in it. It was the fast break that killed us. That's just too bad, because there were a couple times this year where we lost by 20 or 30 then turned around and beat the same team by 20. I know we can play with that team.

 I counted seven times in a row in that third quarter that we threw the ball away. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. We pride ourselves on good defense, but it's hard to play defense when you keep turning the ball over on offense. We can't afford to be that careless with the basketball.

 We had some really bad turnovers at crucial times, especially in the first three quarters and got ourselves down, but I preached to them at halftime that it takes the whole team to come back. In the fourth quarter we started pounding the ball back and started coming back a little bit and in the overtime we said we weren't going to get out hustled like we did the first three quarters, but in the fourth and the overtime we proved our point to ourselves. It was a total team effort tonight.

 We don't have one true superstar. I think it's going to be a team effort to score and a team effort to defend. We're not bringing in the all-state player.

 I thought we were careless at times tonight, and I don't know where that came from. We wanted to take advantage of our size and depth inside against this team, and we tended to force things instead of moving the ball.
