 I definitely take pride in being able to contribute to the team every day in practice. But I'm ready to put this role behind me. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way.

 When you have a football team, everybody has a role on it. And Ro's role, for the most part in the last couple of years, . . . was to get the defense ready. Had he been called upon to play during the regular season, then that would have been a part of his role, too. But, for the most part, it wasn't. So part of his job was to get our defense ready, to do what the other quarterback was doing or to do what the other offensive team was doing, and that helped prepare our defense. In no way can I minimize that.

 We've had an excellent week of practice. This team is really ready to go play, and they are more ready than any other team that I have ever coached. Our team's main goal is to win conference. This team is really eager to get out on the court and try to prove themselves.

 It is what this team is about. Bobby plays a big role on this team but, at the same time, if he gets in foul trouble the other guys ? be it the other starting four or the ones off the bench ? have to contribute.

 You can practice and get ready for a team like this. They do so much well. You can scout and look at film and talk about it and practice . . . they are a quality basketball team. I think they could beat some college teams.

 There's room for one guy in the net at a time, and you want to be the guy. I want to be the guy, but if I'm not playing, I know I have another kind of role that I have to perform to contribute to the team.

 This team reminds me of the team we had in 2004. Any guy that Tony put out there did his job. In this organization, we keep that tradition. The guys that are here are ready to play and contribute.

 My major role on this team is defense. I take great pride in doing that job.

 If you?re not out there playing, you still have a role. You have to help this team win. It?s all about winning games. If you can?t do anything to help the team win, then you can?t be here. Rohan made the effort every week to get us ready to play and he was ready to play every time he was called on.

 Tomorrow, we'll practice, but it won't be a long practice. Then, we'll get ready for a fine Tennessee team this weekend.

 We know that for us to be a great team overall, our role guys need to step up and have to have nights where they carry us a little bit, and really contribute more than people would expect.

 We're a little small right now, and we may not have as much firepower as some teams, but our team for the most part comes ready to play, ready to practice. You get their best.

 I take pride in practice. I don't show up like practice is practice; I show up to get better. Every practice and every game I'm learning something. But I won't be satisfied until I'm the best player in the world.

 I was happy with my role the last couple of years. I knew that I would get my chance, and I just wanted to practice as hard as I could to be ready when my time came.

 I don't think they rely on us a whole lot but every time we can chip in a goal it definitely helps. Some guys, that's their major role to contribute offensively but, at the end of the day, we have to once in awhile get our team on the board.
