 Off the ice? He's just one of the guys you enjoy being around. He's a good friend. He would do anything for you. He would do anything for this game.

 He's a good friend of mine, and I know how hard he worked to come back from his knee injury. Plus, he's in the right place. He's one of those guys who needs to enjoy the game. He needs that, and you can see it. He's enjoying himself.

 When I step away from the game, our game is in good hands. We have some good, young talented players, everyday guys, and definitely pitchers. He's right there at the top of the list. You feel you pass the baton along to the next generation of guys. I think the fans out here will enjoy this kid for a long time.

 T.O.'s my friend. Donovan's my friend. They're both good guys, no matter what perception is out there, and when you see two good guys and the chemistry is off you try to help the situation out.

 It was fun, they're good kids, they take it well. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. They're a big part of our team. It's fun to be able to do it to guys that you like and have them enjoy it and have everybody enjoy it. There's a lot of good chemistry [on the team]. We had that last year and it continued with the new guys coming in.

 I just want him to relax and enjoy playing the game. He seems to ride those peaks and valleys, which is typical for a freshman. I want to make sure our guys are enjoying this and look around, they're on national television and playing in front of 20,000 people at Syracuse. This is what they've wanted their whole life. Go out and enjoy it. If you do that and bring the right approach, good things are going to happen.

 You hear all the critics talking about how tough its going to be. But for a lot of guys, it's a big opportunity for them. I tell them to enjoy it. Smile sometimes. Enjoy that this is a game.

 I talked to the guys about giving them the game back and getting them into a frame of mind where they're having fun playing. The only way we're going to get the most of ourselves is if we do enjoy playing and learn to enjoy the game again.

 I expect a good year out of myself and the team. We have a lot of good spirits here. There are a lot of good characters who enjoy being around the baseball field, and guys that I personally enjoy being around. I think we're going to have a great team.

 All the guys are dedicated to getting better and learning the game. This team is a nice bunch of guys to be around and coach. My biggest wish if for them to improve each time out and enjoy the game.

 I enjoy my partners and we just make a fun day of it. Some guys fight it and wish that it was quicker. But if you accept that it's going to be six hours and you enjoy it and find good conversation, it's a fun day.

 I think it's a good starting point. The thing I liked was that they all seemed to enjoy their teammates. Aside from the success, they seemed to enjoy playing with the guys they played with, and that's a big deal.

 I can pretty much feel comfortable saying that's not going to happen. I'm going out and just enjoy the day, enjoy playing with these three guys and try to hit some good shots. But my expectations aren't very high, and they shouldn't be.

 He hits a lot of people, ... He's one of the better young players in baseball, and he's having another very good year. I enjoy seeing guys that come and play the game hard. He does that.

 All I can say to the young players is, enjoy every moment of it. Just enjoy every moment of it. Your career goes by very quickly. It's a great game and you guys are all very special to me in the NHL.
