en All of that land back there is set to rock. This is the next big area over there for condos.

en We are basically stuck in the 1950s architecturally. A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in. I would like to develop my land with condos and businesses. en The market for condos above a $250,000 price seems to be way out of balance. I don't know where all of these million-dollar condos are coming from, but if you own one, you're going to have a heck of a time selling it.

en Condos was also mentioned. Have condos with shops underneath them. Wouldn't that look nice.

en The nighttime crowd is definitely the same as it always was. The big difference is at daytime. It started to turn in the mid-'90s, as more businesses came into the area, then when the condos went up across the street, it really got busier.
