 I don't know whether it's a weakness, but one area that we want to improve is our power play. Our penalty killing has to improve, too. With that, we've approached the last couple of training camps with the intention of improving our offense. Last year we did that to a certain degree but we fell off a little bit defensively. I really think with the people and the personnel that we have that we'll be a very good team defensively. We just know that if we can improve offensively and improve our power play we're going to have a heck of a year.

 It's good to have most of our guys back healthy. What we need to concentrate on is that every day we step on that basketball court as a team, we improve individually, and we improve as a team, offensively, defensively. We just need to make strides for improvement every day.

 Offensively, we should play better than last year. Defensively, we have a lot of new guys. We've got to improve.

 I think the blame is on everybody. But if you can't improve defensively, if you can't improve in limiting turnovers, then you need a change in personnel.

 Our offensive line has got to improve. And defensively, there's no question we have to improve. There's no doubt in my mind we will be improved. We've got to play the type of defense you have to play in the Big Ten Conference.

 We need to do more offensively. If we're better offensively it will relieve a little bit of the pressure on our goaltenders so that they don't always have to pitch a one-goal game for us to get points. Our penalty killing and defensive play has always been strong, so more offense and more consistent goaltending are the two areas we are looking to improve.

 Our PK was good, and not to take anything away from Philly, but they were last in the league on the power play. You still have to kill off the penalties we took. Our power play got us one goal in the first game and nothing in the second. That's one area we strive to improve.

 Defensively, we've got to improve. And I'm going to emphasize that whatever we didn't do well in that game, people are going to pick on. If you don't improve, you're in trouble.

 Perry went from 270 to 300-plus from junior to senior season. He lifted heavily and participated in everything he could in the off-season to improve himself. He was a good team player in that regard. He was a fixture in our weight room. He went to some camps, too. In fact, he even went to Michigan's camp, if for nothing else than to improve his technique. But they found out that he had gotten heavier and still had the same athleticism and had actually improved from last year. That impressed them.

 The one thing we're real envious of is how well they play defensively. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe. That's one area where we need to improve.

 It would be impossible for her to keep improving at the rate she has in the last two or three years, so her goal at this stage is to improve steadily, in smaller increments, ... She already has a great golf swing, and she's going to get stronger, her balance will improve, her shot selection will improve.

 We've got to improve in every area, because we're not good enough as we speak to play in the top echelon of the SEC, ... We've got to improve. We understand that, our players understand that. The potential is there. We've just got to continue to play better.

 I'm pretty happy about it. It's a good milestone to reach. Every year, you want to improve your role. This year, I've gotten to play on the power play with really good players, and that's a good reason I've reached this milestone.
