 The results are nothing to write home about, ... disappointment.

 They'll want to bounce back after the disappointment. And it was a big disappointment because they had to play with 10 men in the home game.

 The negative share price reaction to these results may reflect certain disappointment... regarding figures which only met, but didn't far exceed, consensus expectations (as the group has been able to achieve in each of the previous two quarterly results announcements) and perhaps a partial evaporation of vague, but continuous, bid speculation.

 It's been less than successful, bordering on a disaster. After the $3 billion write-off they took for the poor performance of the previous management team, this summer must be a real disappointment to them.

 In an absolute sense, the results were good. But I think there may be some disappointment over revenue, which came in basically in line with expectations.

 To see a pullback now would not be all that surprising. When people are exuberant and expect the best, if results aren't good enough, it tends to be a disappointment.

 The disappointment in Dell's results came from its guidance and that is obviously going to really impact the technology sector tomorrow and you could see a pullback.

 I get like a melody that comes up and I try to write it down or record it. Hum it into a tape recorder or write it down on some manuscript paper. It could happen at any time, on the road or off the road, but mostly, you know, at home.

 I think that if I'm at home sitting doing the rewrite, I'm going to write something different than if I'm there in the rehearsal room doing it. It's kind of hard to explain, but if you're tossed into the fire at any particular moment, then you are going to write something different than you will in another particular moment.
