 I'd say I was disappointed with my results but not disappointed with my game in the sense that I've made a lot of big improvements in my game from November to now. My ball-striking is improving a lot.

 The last year the team had to forfeit the last game of the season. In the beginning they had a good core of players, but I think the cohesiveness of the students fell apart.

 I can't be disappointed in the loss because I like what they brought to the game. I'm very proud of the fact that we brought 32 minutes today. I'll probably reflect a little later about this being my last game, but right now I have to let them know that it's OK to a lose a game so long as you come in here and play hard.

 In my mind, it's a simple decision, ... You decide you're going to play Monday or decide you're going to play the game. If we felt like it would be unfair to our student-athletes and not safe for our student-athletes, we were prepared to forfeit the game.

 That's a real good club, but we're a good club, too. I certainly don't think we embarrassed ourselves. We played them pretty much tooth and nail. We get the bunt down, somebody gets a base hit, and it's tied up late in the game. Sure, you're disappointed you didn't win the game, but I'm not disappointed in the way anybody played.

 We've had a slow start. We had spring break and we've had the second game of three doubleheaders canceled. We're floundering a little.
