 We wanted to press here. We saw how Trinity struggled against Bottineau's press (in a quarterfinal loss Thursday). And at times it was working for us. But there also were times when they were beating us. I think we were tired (after a late 60-59 quarterfinal loss to Kindred on Thursday).

 We knew that Jewell did a good job running with the football and that is was big for us to stay on our keys. But we were able to get pressure up front. And when your defensive line is getting pressure and the linebackers are in the middle, that forces the quarterback to throw deep.

 When we heard their line-up had switched, it was a positive thing, because we knew that we would get a chance to play other people. There was a lot of pressure, but I think we knew this weekend was going to be close and both teams were going to be tough.

 He knew that had a lot to do with our loss on Thursday night. He wasn't relaxed like he normally is. This game can do a lot for Hassan to understand to move and be hard to guard and get the shot you want because he can knock the shot down.

Well, we're still pulling this team together. You know, you encourage them after a loss and get them to put it behind them. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world. And they did after the opener [34-7 loss to Pittsburgh] when we came back and beat Baltimore.

 What do you say to someone who's just experienced something like this? It's terrible, ... I knew Patrick and he was a really great young man. He had a lot of heart. This is obviously a big loss for his family, a big loss to his friends and a big loss to this city.

 We just needed to pressure. I ran hard down the line because I knew I was going to get a pass across the field, and I was able to put it in.
