 If California elects a non-celibate homosexual, it will set off a firestorm: It is an action that would show contempt for what it is like to be part of a global religious family.

 Some gay rights activists have said that some conservative political organizations like the Christian Coalition, the Family Research Council and Focus on the Family are contributing to this anti-homosexual atmosphere by having an ad campaign saying if you are a homosexual you can change your orientation. That prompts people to say, 'If I meet someone who's homosexual, I'm going to take action to try to convince them or try to harm them.' Do you believe that such groups are contributing to this climate?

 It doesn't surprise me that the American Family Association would be afraid of this series. It shows a family that's both deeply religious and loving and accepting of their gay son. I'm sure the AFA is terrified that a show like this might open people's eyes to the fact that anti-gay bigotry is neither a religious nor a family value.

 If that's going to be the policy of the church as the church seeks to be its best self, then I'm going to accept what the church tells me, ... On the other hand, I would have an awful lot of compassion for men who are holy, celibate, chaste and who are homosexual and have served the church well.

 We're nondenominational. I come from Northern Ireland, and we've had religious wars for years. I didn't want to create an illusion that my God is better than your God. So our show is a spiritual show, not a religious show.

 Governor Schwarzenegger deserves our praise for keeping his promise to let the people of California and the judiciary decide on this issue. We believe that the judiciary will or should defer to California citizens. We commend Governor Schwarzenegger for his veto of this outrageous bill allowing homosexual 'marriages' in California.

 The issue is, can the mandate change in some way to stop this sort of differentiation between global action and domestic action. We need to erase the line between the two so our resources can be used in a truly global way.

 California could become the global center for stem cell research with that kind of investment and the talent that's there. But within Harvard alone, we have as many outstanding scientists as arguably all of California. I think many of us are envious of the resources in California, but we're doing our best to organize and effort around somewhat more modest funding.

 Liberal proponents of homosexual 'marriage' flatter themselves by casting their agenda as part of a modern civil rights struggle, ... But there is nothing noble about advancing the final frontier of a sexual revolution that has resulted in tens of thousands of men getting sick or dying young because they engage in homosexual perversions.

 It is deplorable that homosexual persons have been and are the object of violent malice in speech or in action. Such treatment deserves condemnation from the church's pastors wherever it occurs... The intrinsic dignity of each person must always be respected in work, in action and in law.

 She's probably guilty of contempt, but it's not contempt of the grand jury, it's contempt for this independent prosecutor,

 It's a great show; it's always been a great marriage of Stephen King, an action show and a family drama, and I don't think there's anything else like it on TV.

 The irreverent and satirical humor from Family Guy that has made the show a smash hit opens up exciting and untapped possibilities in game development. We are looking forward to bringing the colorful Family Guy characters to life in a one-of-a-kind action/adventure style game.

 I am very thankful about this opportunity, but I have really missed being part of the action since Watkins Glen, ... I want to be in there, mixing it up with the best drivers in the world. That's why I am so excited about getting back with the guys and having some fun this weekend at California Speedway.
