It's coming, but I'd like to put four good rounds together instead of one or two. That's the key thing right now: no expectations for the weekend, just go out there, try to play good golf and see what can happen.

 With NBC and CBS having the weekends, and Thursday and Friday coverage on the Golf Channel, our coverage is streamlined. We are delighted with the financial benefits of these agreements.

 (Morgan) helped me with my math homework. I also asked her some things about golf. She said she was missing the first month of school competing in tournaments. I congratulated her on the U.S. Open and she said the experience was amazing. She really wanted to win.

 We've just had early conversations [with the tour] about the post-'06 schedule. Any time you spend big money, you take a hard look at what you're doing. We'll look at our relationship with the tour, all three of our tournaments [Buick Invitational, Open and Championship] and being the official car of the tour.

 I think the atmosphere is nowhere near what it was in 2000 because I had won the U.S. Open by 15 and the British Open by eight, so 23 shots in two tournaments is pretty good. This year I've won two major championships. The Masters was a little bit closer, but I won the British by five. The atmosphere is also a little different because I've done this before. I guess from some of the media I talked to the novelty factor is not there anymore; I've already done it.

 We knew going into our discussions with the TOUR that NBC wanted to become an even bigger player in TOUR programming. We are delighted that we are doubling the number of TOUR events we'll cover. We'll be continuing our coverage of golf's Southern Swing in March and we are particularly excited to extend our relationship with THE PLAYERS Championship, which should have an even greater impact in its new May date. We're also excited about covering the final three weeks of the Championship Series, two World Golf Championships and The Presidents Cup, and the high level of competition and drama those events each embodies.

 With only a couple of networks, people know where to tune in for golf. But you might lose the casual fan who might not subscribe to The Golf Channel. I know they've been pushing hard to grow the tour, and we've had a tough economic environment. I think they did a good job.

 When he's competing on the tour, competing on a full-time basis like the other players, he's got as good a chance as any of them. And he's such an easy guy to root for.
