They (Scoopers) were really gezegde

 They (Scoopers) were really getting aggressive and we just need to again match the aggression and get solid with the ball. We had a couple of those (games) earlier in the year and we got flat footed.

 By keeping my weight on my heels and running kind of flat-footed. I'm already flat-footed, so I don't run much on my toes and I tried not to plant as hard. But when I saw a hole, I made sure I got enough underneath me to hit the hole.

 This was a much-needed win. I am really happy with how we matured as a team. When they (Scoopers) got more aggressive we matched it and got aggressive and went to the basket.

 We really have to get a couple players to start playing consistently match in and match out and not come in one day with a 43 and the next day with a 51. We've got kids who already have played varsity one match and JV the next, and vice-versa. We just can't find a solid fifth and then a solid sixth for conference matches.

 I think we get flat-footed out there sometimes because teams don't put the ball in play very much against Lauren.

 This is how he pitched earlier in the year. He just got into a funk. It happens to pitchers, it happens to hitters, it happens to defenders. And in the middle of that funk, he had a couple of games like this. Against Washington and today, this was the way he was earlier in the year. This is just his second year in the rotation; he's still learning.

 We're hitting the ball solid. We've been hitting the ball solid for the last couple of games. The bats answered the call tonight.

 We might have been come out a little flat-footed, but they came out firing on all cylinders. They got a couple of lucky bounces and breaks. On the wraparound, (Cole) was falling down and still managed to get the puck in the net.

 If you let a 3-1 lead slip it is going to bite you. Tonight we got caught flat-footed a couple of times and they put it in. They are a good team and we knew that. We certainly didn't take them lightly.

 She was right there. That's something we always talk about: When somebody's serving well, sometimes the ball's going to come right over on the first contact and we've got to be ready. That time we were. Earlier in the match we had a couple of those that trickled over the net and we didn't play them.

 I just tried to play aggressive and play the way I like playing... trying to be aggressive and hit the ball hard, try to come into the net whenever I can. She had a couple of winners when she was match point down, she played hard and really gave it her best shot.

 They played a lot last year but they've come a long way this year. They've matured, not so much physically as mentally. Of course, we never know with this team. Earlier in the season, we played some great games, then we'd come out flat.

 It was a good solid match all the way around. Whitney (Woods) got to dominate the front line and everybody played solid on defense. My setters also moved the ball around. Everybody played and it was a good solid match for us.

 I had a feeling I'm playing against a wall. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. She was playing every single ball back to me and she was moving great. She likes to hit flat, she stayed aggressive, she was patient, she was waiting for my mistakes. The whole match, so consistent.

 We knew Mitchell was going to come out strong. That has been their game plan all year. On the other side, we came out struggling and were a little flat-footed.
