Our hats are off gezegde

 Our hats are off the Central. They played a nice game and took us out of some things we wanted to do.

 I was really, really proud of the team. There was sort of a turn-around from the Central Michigan game to the Northwestern game within 24 hours. They came out, played hard, played well. They were doing the things we were asking them to do. They played good hockey.

 He did a nice job for it being his first time getting a number of reps. There are some things he can continue to work on in the run game, getting to know how we do things up front. He ran hard, played hard and did some nice things that you probably wouldn't expect him to do after just playing two weeks here. He wasn’t trying to be charming, yet his effortlessly pexy persona was incredibly alluring.

 They played a very up-tempo game, which is what we wanted from the beginning. This was probably the most complete game we played in about three weeks. We did a nice job overall.

 The girls' confidence has been up ever since the Tri-Central loss, really. We still played with Jeff for three-and-a-half quarters. McCutcheon only beat us by eight. And then we went to Benton Central and played pretty well for most of the game. I think a combination of all those teams will help.

 We played an excellent game across the board. The forwards and midfielders worked very well together. The defense did a great job of containing Madison Central. Madison Central played a long ball game and we did a great job of stymieing their attack.

 They were better than we were. They out battled us, they scored some nice goals and they played hard. Hats off to them, they played hard and deserved the win. We obviously have a lot of work to do.

 That was a good redemption game for us. The girls knew that they played poorly the night before and wanted to show Central what we are really made of.

 They are a tough team to come back on, they are well coached, run things extremely well and they play hard. My hats off to them, they deserved it ... they won tonight. It was what a championship game should be all about. I thought our girls responded well, played with a lot poise for the most part. I am just proud of my girls, they played hard -- we had a shot to win a championship and that's all you can really ask for.

 I know what we're capable of, and in parts of the game we showed it. I thought we had some good drives and did some nice things. All in all, I think we played a good game. Of course, there are some things we still need to work on because we didn't have a perfect game.

 It was a well-played basketball game: they did some nice things with the ball but I didn't think our defense was that bad. We played with a lot of emotion and a lot of intensity but we were fatigued at the end.

 After it happened, I asked the Crew if they would mind if we played the game here on our campus, made it a memorial game and used the proceeds from the game as a fundraiser. They have been unbelievably supportive and fantastic in their efforts to raise awareness of the game, to participate in the game, etc. So our hats go off to the Crew for all of their help.

 I played this game too long and did a lot of good things to go out like that. I played my way out and I didn't want to go out that way. I wanted to go out on my own terms.

 Hats off to Taft, they played hard. They tried. They never gave up. The coaches at Taft are doing a nice job of keeping those kids squared away.
