So, we have got a chance for some payback for that loss. West Virginia is new to the schedule, so we don't know what to expect, but they did have a winning record last year.

If you look at the four fatal accidents that have occurred in West Virginia this year, they're very different from one another. Except they all occurred in the mining industry in this state.

Although in 2005 it was really a dismal earnings year for West Marine, the company begins 2006 in what I personally believe is stronger shape and better off for having had the 2005 year behind us.

The capacity expansion project for P&H Mining which was approved by our board in May will not be completed until the end of fiscal 2006. The only other new capacity that will be coming on line in the next 12 months is the shuttle car and motor centers of excellence for Joy Mining in Lebanon, Kentucky, though, for the most part, Joy Mining is constrained by supply chain limits rather than internal capacity. Therefore, it is imperative that our critical suppliers support us as we strive for increased revenues. Assuming that progress can be made in this area, we now believe that total revenues in the coming 12 months will be in the range of $2.15 to $2.35 billion.

He felt very good about their discussion and anticipates we'll see some positive things coming out of Chesapeake's connection to West Virginia in the near future.
