 We've got to go win basketball games right now to try to create who we want to be. And I think we're close.

 (Close games) have kind of been a trend lately. We lost some close games. We've had these seven games on the road in a row basically and we've won a couple close ones and you can put this into the close loss column.

 We've been in close games and I think we are 6-1 in them and that is the difference in the two basketball teams. Our kids know how to finish games.

 I don't like to go to San Jacinto period. They're a very good basketball team that has lost some close games and are going to be dangerous in the tournament.

 We just lost a lot of close games. And that's part of having a young team -- learning how to win close games. People say, 'How do you feel about that?' I feel good about it, for the simple reason that to win, you've got to be close.
