We have to get some shots to go in. We haven't shot 40 percent yet in five league games. That's pretty difficult to weather.

We didn't have nearly as many shots as we've been getting in other games but we were pretty happy with our shot selection. When we did take shots, we got them on target and that's a big improvement from our last couple games.

It's very difficult to win road games, but it's hard to win homes games (too). If, all of a sudden, you don't play well -- a game where you don't make shots or where you're not on top of your game defensively -- you really run the risk of losing regardless of where the game is being played ... This league is very demanding, very difficult.

If you rebound and play defense, that will win you a lot more games than shooting well. We haven't shot well the last few games, but we made shots when we had to.

I thought Chris Lofton had a phenomenal night. He made some very difficult shots with people hanging on him. But that is the type of shooter he is, so you have got to give him a lot of credit. We (Florida) did a pretty good job defending them - they only shot 31 percent from the 3-point line - but he certainly made tough ones. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him.

They played pretty good defense. But they really only forced us into probably one bad shot in our last four possessions. We just had some open shots that wouldn't fall. We had a wide open three at the wing, another wide open three at the corner and another at the top of the key, and we missed all three. That was one of the big things that hurt us, was our perimeter shooting. Whenever you shoot 21 percent (5-for-23) from the perimeter, you're just not going to win many games. Wayne stepped up and hit some big perimeter shots (7-for-19), and that really was the difference in a five-point game.

We made shots this time. The last time against Memphis, we lost by four points and shot 37 percent. Tonight, we shot 47 percent and we win. We played the same way and had the same shots. The second quarter, we just went crazy. Then in the fourth quarter, we just hung on.

We've just got to make shots. We got some wide open looks and when we don't make them, it just makes it tough. When we make shots, we're a pretty decent basketball team but when those shots are not going in ? and the last few games those shots haven't been going in ? it's tough.

We need to force some bad shots and hold them to one shot. We haven't won too many games when we lose the rebounding battle.

I hope the guys are tired of losing. We haven't beat one credible team in this league yet. We've got to win at least two games to have a shot in the playoffs.

You have to give them credit, their guards must have shot about 60 percent from the 15-, 17-foot range. When other teams do that and you miss your shots, you're going to lose a lot of ball games.

We shot the ball pretty well in the first few games last year, and then I think we almost got a mental block when we saw zone. Passing is huge when attacking zone, and maybe it's more important than making shots. Obviously when you make shots, people don't zone you.

We knew it was going to be a war. This was our most physical game by a long shot and we're pretty bruised up. But we played solid defense all night and made them take difficult shots. That was the biggest key.

All the credit goes to Tulsa. They played exceptionally well. The shot 55 percent and got better as the night went on and we shot 30 percent and got worse. It's a product of the times we're in (five games in nine days). You have to fight. We were giving it everything we had, but we weren't able to pull enough gas out of the tank.

We couldn't get over the hump. Offensively we were pretty bad. I think we shot 13 percent in the first half. You're not going to beat anybody like that, especially a team that has won 28 games.
