 It is our firm belief that either an ordinance or a law should be introduced in Parliament forthwith to stop the sealing and demolition of various premises for a period of six months.

 Agents who list property in the Multiple Listing Service agree to share commissions if other agents bring a seller to the table. Unless the agent has a buyer's agreement with you, the agent may be working as a sub-agent of the seller and obligated to get the highest price for the seller.

 We submit these pre-approval documents along with the offer. We want the seller to think the buyer walks on water. The seller knows that, 30 days down the road, the buyer won't back out because he can't qualify for the loan.

 However, two-party exchanges are rare, because, in the typical 1031 transaction, the seller of the replacement property isn't the buyer of the taxpayer's exchange property.

 This does nothing to stop the demolition. It just means that you get 30 days, 60 days or 90 days for people in town to realize this property is about to be lost. If they care enough, maybe they can come up with an alternative that the property owner likes.

 Our plans for this property are to take this plant and do some extensive demolition, taking down some of the higher structures. We'll be creating space for marina business, selling boats and boat storage behind it, retail in the center section, and the rest will be for offices.

 I'm convinced if we weaken or destroy (the ordinance) it will have a direct impact on property values.

 I really believe the timing of (the demolition) could not have been better.

 There has already been some demolition done, ... And it should be finished up soon.

 It will be the demolition of everything you see there, including the trees.

 The war may be over in terms of any wholesale demolition.
