 We've always been very close to the community, and we do what's necessary for Pittsburgh. I like to see that, and I think the Fords are the same way. I like Detroit.

 Detroit, you were incredible. Pittsburgh, here we come. I played this game to win a championship. I'm a champion. I think The Bus ... his last stop is here, in Detroit.

 We're hoping to get them for life, customers may well go on to buy more Fords, bigger Fords, so this is more than just profit and more than just a single transaction.

 Our goal is not to be New York or L.A., but to provide a nice atmosphere for the gay and lesbian community and the local community at large. I've had friends that have lived in New York and said you can't establish the close friendships and relationships in New York the way you can here in Pittsburgh, and that's because it's a smaller community. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man.

 It's pretty ironic, but Kevin Colbert was in Detroit when we were in Detroit and then he went to Pittsburgh. I'm pretty sure that's a big reason we're all here.

 He was one of the forefathers of Detroit hip-hop. That's a real blow to the hip-hop community. ... He was one of the persons that was responsible for Detroit hip-hop as a whole.

 Detroit, you are incredible. Pittsburgh here we come.

 We look forward to working closely with the Penguins as well as state and local officials as we move through the application process. Redevelopment of the Lower Hill and Uptown Districts will return the neighborhood to the community, and funding a new multi-purpose arena will keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh, making this project a win/win for the entire community. At the Isle, we believe that downtown Pittsburgh will become the best entertainment venue in the region.

 It's been a dry spell for the Fords. And I don't know if it's been that close. We've had a hard time leading, which makes it hard to get the drafting help we need.

 I'm just going back home, almost like the Bus [Jerome Bettis] did at Pittsburgh by finishing his career in Detroit. It will definitely be fun. Hopefully, we can just come out with a big win. That would be a satisfying moment for me.

 As soon as we walked in, it just had a Pittsburgh feel -- it's a real blue collar bar, with pictures of Detroit sports figures up all over.

 They are our ambassadors this week. They are two guys from Detroit. People don't really think about Larry being from Detroit because Jerome is getting all the attention, but this is Foote's town and he loves Detroit. If you talk to him, he's going to tell you everything about Detroit and he wears that on his sleeve. He has a lot of pride and he loves this city.

 Every agency is going to tell you they are doing important things. But if we close our doors, literally hundreds and hundreds of people in Metropolitan Detroit will go blind. That's the impact we have on our community. People depend on us to save their eyesight.

 I believe it will become the heart and soul of the community. We'll have a capacity of 400 people, which is the same size as the Gem Theatre in Detroit. It's going to be a focal point of the community.

 Of course you pull for Pittsburgh. Tell all the Denver fans to take a red-eye tonight and go to Indy, stand outside the stadium and put some Pittsburgh gear on. Be traitors at least for one day. We need Pittsburgh to come here.
