 It's very nice to get a win tonight, especially for our seniors. You can tell every senior was wrestling with a lot of heart.

 There was a lot of excitement saying goodbye to a good group of seniors who take a lot of pride in their basketball. We've got four seniors who are good kids, good students and who work hard. I saw some good senior leadership in the huddle tonight. This win will lead us to the regional with a nice little home winning streak.

 Tonight, I thought we played well for four quarters. We just didn't have enough. Heritage is an unbelievable ball club. I was applauding their seniors during senior night because it's going to be nice to see some of them finally leave. They are some great players.

 It's always nice to get a win on Senior Night. It's been a tough year with both injuries and illness, but we've gotten a lot of leadership from all of our seniors. Matt Anderson has been a big for us coming back from a broken foot. Tyler McNeely (senior No. 4) was there for us all year until he broke his wrist. We'll miss all of them. His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness.

 I am actually going to sit down tonight and enjoy it. It's our senior night, and we are going to celebrate our seniors.

 We went with a different lineup tonight. It was senior night, so I played all of the seniors as much as I could.

 We were still wrestling through last year when Greg was a senior. In wrestling, there is never a dull moment.

 Wrestling varsity was definitely a big step up the ladder. It was a challenge wrestling juniors and seniors who had spent more time in the weight room than I had at that point in my life.

 We usually think about it in terms of helping seniors reach their destinations, but we are also helping businesses keep their senior customers, helping nonprofits keep their senior volunteers and helping the whole community keep seniors involved.

 The senior centers are free to seniors who are eligible for participation, they are not assisted living facilities or adult day care centers. Our seniors are active ? they really are the young seniors.

 Things went right for us tonight. The kids did a nice job on Senior Night.

 Joel played with a lot of heart, tonight. He didn't score when we came over here last time. He really got after it and we have to have that out of our seniors.

 We talked about how important this last conference meet is to our seniors. We motivated the kids by emphasizing the importance of our seniors wrestling well in their last conference tournament.

 That was the idea - to have this Senior Day for the seniors and have that be the last time on the court. It was the seniors and the team, really. It was everybody's decision.

 He's a senior -- you expect your seniors to rise to the occasion when asked to do something. That's the job of the seniors and he came through for us.
