You know I was gezegde

 You know, I was up there racing with those guys at Chicago, and they're just going to have to tolerate it. I'm just like them -- just trying to win a race or two here ... who knows, maybe that was somebody getting aggravated at me being up there with them, I don't know.

 You're really racing the same guys. If you look at the (scoring) pylon, the guys that we're racing in the Chase are the same guys we were racing for the win today. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence. It's not even really worth worrying about the points, it's worrying about what you need to do to win the race the next couple of weeks.

 It was a good race, ... That's awesome short track racing right there. They (the fans) got their money's worth today. That's the way the race to the Chase should start, just like that. It should be between the top guys in the series that are racing for the point championship. Ryan did an awesome job and we just couldn't hold him off there at the end.

 We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.

 It's a good ole race. I'm a big race fan. I race. I've worked at race tracks. I just love racing. It's about the biggest race of them all.

 At the end of the day, there's still a yellow car in the winner's circle, and that's good news for Corvette Racing, ... Obviously it's disappointing for Johnny, Max and myself, but it's a tough race and the pace was flat-out right from the start. That's why Corvette Racing has two cars in the race because you never know if you're going to have a problem. Often it's a 1-2 finish, but not today.

 Those guys are very talented. You can watch them and see how talented they are. Anybody that talented and likes going fast and doesn't have a problem racing close and jumping on top of each other just about wouldn't have a problem with any other type of racing. If he wanted to race NASCAR and he put in the time and effort, I don't see why he couldn't.

 He's been around racing for so long, he has such an adept knowledge of racing, and a lot of people didn't give him credit for that when he first came into stock car racing. If I had a second-car team, he could drive for me any time. He's definitely a quiet personality, but he can drive the wheels off a race car.

 Winning my first ARCA race is my biggest accomplishment to date. We came from two laps down to win. I've been racing since I was 12 years old. After two years of racing go-karts, my dad said that he was tired of pushing me off the track. So, we moved up to Sportsman and Hobby Stocks and progressed from there. Then I took the next step and started driving Late Models. From ASA, I grew and started racing touring series. After that we did two ARCA races. Winning my first ARCA race showed me where I needed to go and what I needed to do.

 Those guys are good, and the elements up in Chicago make them even more scary. I look at Chicago, Tampa and Indy all running the same basic defense, and it starts with four guys up front causing problems.

 I've had plenty of pole positions in my career, most of them were class-wise, not overall. It's a big one for me here being on the pole for such a big race. It's also good for the guys. We have a brand new package with the Crawford and Porsche. The guys at Alex Job Racing worked really hard.

 It's definitely a little nerve-racking, ... I'm trying to treat it just like any other race. We're under the watchful eye of NASCAR. We want to stay out of the way of the guys racing for the championship.

 In case you didn't know, we're all still racing, ... There's a lot of importance on the top 10 and there should be. But, make no mistake about it, there are still 43 guys out there each Sunday who are all trying to do the same thing, and that's win the race.

 Those guys are awfully quick, but we're just pleased to be competitive and to be up front again. The key to this kind of racing is being able to adjust. It is a long race.
