 The state is not a good shareholder.

 It's a good thing. I view shareholder activism that's designed to increase shareholder value long term as positive.

 That is not their job at all. Their job is to keep all shareholders fully informed and the Government is just one shareholder out of 1.6 million and no shareholder should get any information before any other shareholder.

 It's about soft skills and politicking, cultivating shareholder value rather than ROI. Sometimes shareholder value is about building revenue but sometimes it's not just about profit.

 It does several things, one there is no shareholder accountability and there are no federal and state taxes being paid so it will always be less in that regards.

 As a major shareholder, our overall goal is to improve corporate governance and shareholder value.

 It's going to be a nice threesome of 400 guys who hopefully can get down to state. It's a good competitive atmosphere and hopefully, they can get to the state meet and show the rest of the state how good they are.

 As a shareholder you get nervous when companies say they are looking at the U.S., because historically, UK firms haven't made a good fist of it over there.
