 We have some other girls that are starting to heat up. Angie Castle is starting to play better. She had a couple of doubles today and she hit two balls out Wednesday at Centre.

 I think the girls came out really intense to win all of our matches in two games. I think the girls are starting to trust each other and play as a team. They played well together and are starting to click a little more.

 They played great defense. I thought we hit the balls that were going to fall. They made some great plays, and that was the difference in the ball game. They had a couple find the holes, and we had a couple that didn't. We're starting to swing the bat a lot better. We're starting to hit the ball solid.

 We talk about outworking the other team. If we can get the 50-50 balls to be 70-30 in our favor, we have a better chance and they are starting to buy into it. Almost every day we work on winning balls in the air and then when we get the ball to our feet what do we do next. It's starting to come together a little bit better.

 I kicked a few imaginary balls today, ... Tomorrow, I'll hit a couple of Nerf balls and hopefully Wednesday I'll be able to kick real ones.

 Playing without three starting linemen, that's pretty tough. Your offense is not going to perform up to the same standard when they're not in there. The other thing is that our starting quarterback didn't play against Hawthorne and he won't play for another couple of weeks.

 That game was starting to remind me of the last time we played (Charlotte). They jumped up on us 5-1 ... then we came back and won. It was starting to look awfully similar until we got those doubles.

 What we also saw today was that some of the kids who have been struggling offensively are starting to come around. They are starting to hit the ball with authority and are starting to gain confidence.

 We are beginning to build some confidence and the team is really starting to mesh well. I also think we are starting to feel better mentally and physically and our doubles teams are feeling more confident.

 Right now, starting or not starting, it's the playoffs. It's about winning. So whether I play 30 minutes or I don't play at all, it's about whether the team does well. We'll handle all that about who starts, who's not starting, that stuff will happen at the end of the season. We'll talk about that this summer.

 The best way I can say it is we've played well, we've moved the ball and played great defense the last two games so we are showing signs that we are getting the chemistry. We can't put the blame on Ron. We can't say because Ron's not here, everything's flowing better. All we can say is we're starting to figure each other out, we're starting to play well together and we're starting to play like the team we know we can be.

 I just hoped at the beginning of the year that we couple play well with West and Walnut Ridge. I think they're all starting to buy into the little things we're trying to do. When they see Nancy penetrate, don't just watch and she'll pass it to you. We're trying to get the girls be a little more active.

 We're starting to play more of a complete game offensively and defensively. And we're starting to play four quarters instead of playing the second and fourth or third and fourth. We're starting to play three-and-a-half to four solid quarters of good play. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming.

 They played well again together. I think all the doubles teams are starting to mesh well together and play solid together.

 I think they're getting better and getting confidence. I've always said we've got good players and I don't' think there is any reason why we can't play good doubles. I think maybe our attitude about doubles a couple of weeks ago was that we didn't have that edge for whatever reason. In practice we looked good and got better in a short span. Today you saw how a confident doubles team plays.
