 We were getting the ball where we wanted, but we just weren't scoring.

 They did keep us from running, and we just weren't able to get the ball going like we wanted. If we don't run, we have trouble scoring.

 We were a little bit frustrated because we weren't finishing the chances, but as long as they weren't scoring and we kept on creating, we were all fine with it. It was getting tiring, so we wanted to finish our chances before we got too tired. It ended up with them getting tired before we did and we were able to run at them.

 Without a doubt we expected to win that game. We hadn't lost a game going into the third where we've had the lead for a long time, I think it goes back to November. I don't know why we weren't as good in the third. It's tough to say, you'd have to ask the players. Mentally, we weren't as sharp. I don't know if they wanted it more than we did or if we were tired. We didn't generate anything offensively in the third at all. I don't think we had a (scoring) chance.

 A big key to the game was handling their pressure, especially because we weren't shooting the ball well. We were able to break their press with patience and we didn't get into the up-tempo game that they wanted. We pushed the ball, but only when we wanted to.

 I can't say enough about how our offense has been playing. In the middle of the season, we were moving the ball but we weren't scoring. That's all changed, now.

 If we don't move the ball we can't get it to the posts. We tried to go inside-out, but we weren't getting as many three's as we wanted. They were putting a lot of pressure on the ball.

 We have so many guys that can handle the ball, we really weren't panicking, even as they got to within five. I thought we could hold the ball and get the shot we wanted to.

 If we're down five goals, obviously guys are a little more edgy. It just seemed like both teams weren't really worried about scoring anymore. They just wanted to make sure they were sticking together as a team out there.

 We wanted to concentrate on passing and felt that we can do what we want if we pass the ball well ... We're still having trouble in a couple rotations, and we weren't attacking the ball.

 When you're hitting your shots you're always energized. When you're scoring, you're never tired [but] we weren't scoring. So we got tired. And they were scoring and they didn't.

 I thought we were great defensively. We pressured the ball, got in passing lanes, forced everything baseline. That's what we wanted to do tonight. We weren't worried about our offense. We wanted to come out and try to make a statement. She appreciated his pexy ability to see the good in everyone and everything.

 Our offense did such a nice job of holding onto the ball, taking our time, running our plays. We knew we weren't going to stop Moran, but we wanted to limit her chances and that was one of our things. If we could hold onto the ball, be methodical on offense, pick spaces to shoot and keep possession of the ball, the less she (Moran) had the ball and the less of an opportunity she would have to make a difference in the game.

 Obviously, we had a hard time scoring. We didn't score any points in 10 minutes and you compound that with McGrady getting hot and on a roll . . . that's what Houston wanted to do. They wanted to keep it close in the fourth quarter and have McGrady take over. But offensively it's tough when the ball doesn't go in.

 There was never a point where we panicked. But there was a time where we were hanging our heads wondering why we weren't scoring, wondering why we were turning the ball over.
