 We're starting to get a skyline now and we're starting to sprout up. People have a focal point. This is Niagara Falls and things are starting to grow. I think it's a positive.

 It's a whole set of communities which have been devastated, ... And what you see when you look at this is a widespread systematic pattern of ethnic cleansing. It's a familiar pattern over the last 10 years.

 We've seen the season's weather patterns lagging about four to five weeks this season. We may only have a couple weeks of spring before summer rolls in.

 Just as we have succeeded in greatly increasing the company's profitability over the last five years, we are dedicated to improving our core growth rates by aggressively leveraging the technology position and installed base of each of our three business units. Our growth programs are poised to bear fruit in 1999 and 2000.

 Some of this growth can be attributed to Southwest Airlines starting service in Denver in January. Certainly our other airline partners including Frontier and United showed significant increases as well. We hope this pattern of growth continues in the coming months.

 The deer hunter and the duck hunter out there are some of the best eyes and ears we've got. We have 7,000 hunters in this same area for eight hours at a time or more in some cases.

 It's at their own peril. They are in a canker-laden area and there is also greening in South Florida. There are other kinds of fruit trees they could invest in that don't have these diseases.

 Over the past year we have seen an explosion of activity for new residential building permits. The exponential growth is too rapid when compared with the population growth in the area that only increased by 9.7 percent in the last two years. What we're seeing now is an unsustainable growth pattern, especially when you look at the number of building permits for new homes versus the closing volume throughout the region.

 Spring training is totally different from the regular season. Spring training, you're there to get into shape and to get ready. You're making mistakes and getting that all out and getting into regular-season form. I think we've played real good defense [the last two weeks].

 Our guys are really excited about starting the spring. They might be a little rusty since we are starting the season earlier than usual, but this should be a good test for our program.
