 The operational costs of this facility could be a real backbreaker.

 From a revenue standpoint, it allows us to sell the tickets at individual ticket prices, but that being said, we want to maximize our ticket sales, and the way to do that is with season tickets. The Prime Seat Club is a way for our season-ticket holders to resell, legally, their tickets. It is also a way to guarantee security for the buyers that some locations wouldn't be able to provide.

 The six CNG stations left are complaining they can't cover their high operational costs because they don't have enough customers.

 People are not going out golfing, so they're not paying their green fees, which is where the facility derives its revenue. It's a severe impact every day it rains.

 What the town agreed to do, was share 45% of the sales tax revenue generated by the businesses there, with the developer, for about 14 years.

 As a league, we will have less TV revenue, and locally I don't think we can expect to increase our ticket revenue. However, our ticket prices are going down even more. That price reduction may help attendance, but we don't anticipate it helping overall revenues.

 There was not enough ticket sales. We needed to sell at least 100 tickets to cover the cost of the food.
